CLASS DESCRIPTION

EXPLORE THE BODY
This class explores the body with warm ups, going into deeper and deeper asanas and ending with cool downs and rest.

MOON FLOW/VINYASA FLOW
A continuous movement class where the breath is used to move in each asana and to link each asana together creating a continuous flow. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS.

WAKE UP YOGA
The practice begins slowly to get the body stretching and moving for the day. More active asanas are added to bring energy into the body to help you begin your day with vitality and positive thoughts.

YOGA/MEDITATION
Active and restorative Yoga followed by meditation.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Yoga to restore your energy levels. Using the support of props the asanas are held for long periods of time to allow a gentle, deep opening.
