The program will last one year. You can join the program at any time during the year. We will meet on a monthly basis for 6 hours each month. Michelle must approve all techniques, practicum, and electives.
Yoga Therapy Teacher Training is a 500 hour level certification with the Yoga Alliance National Standards For Yoga Teachers Registry. Through your own personal healing journey using the ancient techniques of yoga, you will gain insight to guide others on their own healing journeys.
